Star International School Mirdif is a bespoke British Curriculum School situated in the Mirdif Community of Dubai offering EYFS, Primary and Secondary Education. We are looking to appoint a French Teacher who has the enthusiasm, commitment and energy needed to work in a rapidly growing and improving school.
The Post
September 2019 saw the expansion into the Secondary phase for the very first time. As a result we require innovative and passionate teachers who are excited to join our family oriented school. Given the growth of the school those with previous pastoral experience, or wider school responsibilities, would be very welcome. The rapid growth of the school also means that further leadership opportunities may be available for the right candidates.
Applications are welcomed from teachers who have a creative approach to curriculum delivery, and who put the children first. High standards, flexibility and a commitment to developing the whole child are essential. You will need to be self-motivated, have a positive ‘can-do’ attitude and be able to work well as part of a team.

Qualifications & Experience
Relevant teaching qualification: minimum of a BEd or BA/BSc + PGCE/QTS
Good working knowledge of the latest UK practice and the new National Curriculum of England
Minimum of 2 years teaching experience is preferred but not essential
Ability to teach another Modern Foreign Language at KS3 level would be beneficial
Terms & Conditions
Contracts are for two years in the first instance and include:
