We are looking for a well-qualified colleague to join our ambitious and highly skilled Social Science team. You will need to have the knowledge, skills and creativity to be an outstanding teacher, and the ability to teach sensitive topics.
We are particularly looking for teachers that have experience at teaching Psychology at GCSE, A-Level and Applied, and may be able to offer a second subject from Criminology or Sociology.

The successful candidate will work across Stoke Damerel Community College and Scott Medical & Healthcare College. No additional travel is required as the sites are next door to each other.
Main duties and responsibilities
Working within the Social Science team to contribute to raising student achievement and the continued development of the department
- To plan and communicate the curriculum across the campus from Year 9-13
- To support students to stay safe and learn effectively
- To deliver lessons across the campus
- Applications from NQTs and experienced staff will be equally valued.
