Elysium Children and Education: Teacher of Special Needs

Are you an experienced, talented practitioner skilled in delivering learning opportunities for children with Special Needs? 

We are seeking an excellent teacher to join us in developing our provision at a hospital-based school. 

You will be a specialist in working with children diagnosed with Autism and learning difficulties, an opportunity to lead this provision from inception may also be available.

Full Time: 37.5 (Part-Time will be considered)

Salary: Competitive

RESPONSIBLE TO: The Headteacher

JOB SUMMARY

To carry out the professional duties as outlined below in collaboration with other members of the education team and in liaison with other stakeholders which may include; doctors, speech therapist, occupational therapist, psychologists etc.

· The opportunity to develop a personalised curriculum that meets the needs of the individual learner
