Keighley SEND School - initially contract through Vision for Education, one of the UK's leading supply and recruitment agencies.

Full time requirement for an SEND teacher with experience working with students with Autism, Learning Difficulties and SEMH.

This is a long term commitment covering a whole class of students for the remainder of the school year on a full time basis - Immediate start.

There will full responsibility for every aspect of the class teacher role, working from medium term plans to produce stimulating and well-pitched lesson plans, quickly understanding students’ needs and developing effective strategies to engage, manage and bring out the best in each individual.

There may be flexibility to consider a job share for the right candidates.  Selecting the right fit for the class is of paramount importance.

A great opportunity to work on a block basis with a fantastic group of young people in a well-resourced, purpose built setting.

This is a welcoming, inclusive and well respected school with a ‘student first’ approach and family feel. You will be supported in class by experienced TAs.

The pay for this role will be between £130 and £190 (per day) dependent on experience and main pay scale.
