Teaching Post - PARK ROAD SUPPORT CENTRE, FROME
1 x Full Time Teacher (Fixed Term until August 2022) – with the possibility of extension
MPS + SEN Allowance.
Park Road Support Centre, Frome requires an enthusiastic teacher to join our Specialist Resource Base for students with ASC.
You must demonstrate a passion for teaching through the delivery of high quality, personalised and creative lessons. A strong commitment to achievement for all is a must. The successful candidate will be required to teach Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students.
Within the Resource Base we teach a range of National Curriculum subjects up to GCSE. We would particularly welcome applications from those with experience and knowledge of delivering RSHE. We would welcome applications from outstanding primary teachers.
You will:
• Be an excellent classroom practitioner (mainstream teachers welcome)
• Be responsible for planning and delivering dynamic lessons
• Aspire to provide learning opportunities for the full range of our pupil’s needs
• Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Have oversight of a wide range of aspects of education including pastoral, preparation for adulthood and community based learning.

Critchill School is an establishment which provides education for between 50-60 pupils who are primarily drawn from the Mendip area.
