Teacher - Phonics Lead

Role Overview:

The EYFS/Phonics Lead Teacher at Acre View Primary School plays a pivotal role in providing specialized education and support to children with diverse learning needs, particularly in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and phonics instruction. 

This position requires you to have a deep understanding of early childhood development, phonics methodology, and experience working with children with special educational needs (SEN).

The EYFS/Phonics Lead Teacher collaborates closely with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to ensure that each child receives tailored instruction and achieves their full potential in literacy and communication skills.

Salary: MPS / UPS depending on experience plus TLR2a plus 1 SEN
