Autism Anglia’s Doucecroft School is a vibrant, dynamic and highly supportive independent day and boarding school for children and young people with Autistic Spectrum Condition. Our school provides a bespoke, individualised education to children and young people with an autistic spectrum condition and has a proven track record of dramatically raising the outcomes for the students who have completed their education with us.

The ideal candidate will:

· be creative in the delivery of the National Curriculum, enabling all students to overcome barriers to learning
· be able to work collaboratively to secure the best outcomes for all students
· have an understanding of behaviour management strategies to support pupils
· be an excellent classroom manager, able to effectively lead a team of learning support assistants
