Autism Anglia’s Doucecroft School is a vibrant, dynamic and highly supportive independent day and boarding school for children and young people with Autistic Spectrum Condition. Our school provides a bespoke, individualised education to children and young people with an autistic spectrum condition and has a proven track record of dramatically raising the outcomes for the students who have completed their education with us.

We are looking for someone that is passionate about working with our students, where nurture and the development of students’ life and personal skills have equal status with their academic outcomes.
The ideal candidate will:
· be passionate about making a difference to children’s lives
· be a reflective practioner
· be creative in the delivery of the National Curriculum, enabling all students to overcome barriers to learning
· be able to work collaboratively to secure the best outcomes for all students
· have an understanding of behaviour management strategies to support pupils
· be an excellent classroom manager, able to effectively lead a team of learning support assistants
