Moriah College invites outstanding individuals to apply for the following position:

Teacher’s Aide 

Part-time (3 days per week) 

For 2018 start

An opportunity has become available for a compassionate and caring individual to join our Primary School team as a Teacher’s Aide. 

The successful applicant will:

  • have demonstrated ability to work as part of a team
  • be a service orientated individual who shows initiative
  • show demonstrated computer skills, including basic word processing 
  • have excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • support the Jewish and Zionist ethos of the College 

This role is most suited to an individual with a high degree of confidentiality and a demonstrated capacity to show initiative and discretion. The successful applicant should ideally have recent experience in working with children with mixed abilities and have a flexible and innovative approach to learning and behavior support. 

Specific training in this area would be an advantage along with a current First Aid certificate.

All appointments will be based on merit selection.

Any offer of employment will also be subject to child protection employment screening.
