We are working in partnership with one of the top care providers for young people and they have a current vacancy for a dedicated and passionate Teacher with SEMH experience to join their independent school, offering young people a holistic approach to Education and personal development so that pupils can achieve their full potential.

Rated Good with Ofsted you will support 6 boys aged between 11-18 years by offering a broad array of subjects at KS3 and at KS4.

About the role of Teacher SEMH

We are seeking to appoint a teacher that holds QTS (NQTs are welcomed to apply) that shares a child-centred approach to their practice, with ideally experience or a strong background of Maths and Science.

With small student numbers and support from experienced care practitioners and therapists; this is a real opportunity for a teacher to make a difference to the lives of the students you will be working with.

Located in Ashton-under-Lyne the  school is easily commutable from other surrounding areas of Tameside/Manchester, including other surrounding areas of the North West such as Oldham and Rochdale.
