Do you want to make a real difference to the lives of children and young people?

We are looking to recruit a full time and a part time class Teacher at Stanmore who is able to adapt their teaching style to meet the needs and abilities of individual children. You will be required to offer a varied curriculum, following Curriculum for Excellence and linked to standards in mainstream schools, National 1, 2 and 3. You will join a team of supportive classroom staff and have access to some of the latest technology.

Key Requirements

  • Registered with the GTCS
  • Knowledge of Curriculum for Excellence and GIRFEC
  • Have experience of working with children with additional support needs is desirable.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and on your own initiative.
  • Willingness to undertake any personal development opportunities.
