We’re looking for experienced, dedicated and talented professionals to join a talent pool for future Teaching roles at Avanti Schools Trust. Candidates who can model outstanding classroom practice across the school.

Avanti Schools Trust is a successful and growing Multi-Academy Trust with a track record of delivering strong academic outcomes for children. To date, all of our academies that have been inspected by Ofsted have been rated good, some with outstanding features.

What kind of things will these roles do?

• To manage for the Principal in all aspects of leadership and management and to promote and develop inclusive learning and teaching throughout the school.
• To deputise for the Principal in their absence
• To support the development and delivery of curriculum in line with the Avanti Curriculum Framework
• To provide leadership in the development and management of the teaching and learning of key groups of students including pupil premium
• To teach students within the school and carry out such other associated duties as are reasonably assigned by the Principal.
