Teacher/Team Leader

We are a large and thriving Early Years Centre in the heart of White City, made up of a Nursery School with 120 children aged between 3 and 5 years, an Under 3’s provision with 24 FTE spaces and a Children’s Centre. We are looking for a well-qualified and knowledgeable Teacher, with experience of teaching in the early years. Someone who is reflective about their own and others’ practice and would like to be part of a friendly, supportive team that is committed to professional development.

We need a Teacher/Team Leader:

• who shares our commitment to Inclusion and the challenges and triumphs it brings;
• who passionately believes in high quality learning through developing children’s interests by providing relevant, practical activities.
• who has an excellent knowledge of child development
• who has experience of leading a team of early years educators and learning support assistants
• who is innovative and reflective
• who is resilient, able to inspire a team, has a “can do” attitude and good sense of fun.
• who is able to support the extensive outdoor learning available in our exceptional garden and forest school programme
