We are looking for an inspirational teacher (any subject will be considered) with additional duties as the School’s induction Tutor.  

As your school’s induction tutor you will be responsible for the monitoring and support of our ECTs and teachers undertaking ITT. We aim not just for these trainee staff to develop into strong teachers but to truly flourish in their training. As such, you will manage progress reviews and coordinate formal assessments as well as providing training and mentoring. You will be responsible for the design and implementation of an ECT staff development programme alongside the induction tutors in our other Insignis Academy Trust schools.
