We are looking for highly motivated and inspirational individuals to join our staff team at Futures@SouthStaffs College.  Our purpose-built specialist facility is based on the Rodbaston campus at South Staffordshire College and provides a high quality, fully inclusive learning environment for learners with complex learning difficulties and/or disabilities.

Due to our growing learner numbers we wish to recruit additional enthusiastic and motivated teaching staff who can work effectively and imaginatively to provide first class learning experiences for our learners and assist with their preparation to adulthood.  We wish to recruit and develop a highly skilled staff team that will work effectively and imaginatively to inspire our learners.

Our provision centres on delivering wholly personalised study programmes are designed to support each one of our learners to achieve the best possible outcomes.  You need to be a strong team player with a real desire to help young adults with learning difficulties to realise their potential - experience of working with learners with learning disabilities, knowledge of the SEND reforms and the Education Health Care Plans process will be an advantage.  Our new team members will need to be trained on all the above.
