We are looking for an enthusiastic, innovative and reliable individual who is committed to supporting teaching and learning to meet the needs of students? If you have excellent learning support skills, are hardworking and motivated, then this could be the role for you.

The successful candidate will join our Student Services team at Tech City College, which is a Post-16 STEM specialist College. We are committed to raising students’ aspirations so that all young people reach their fullest potential and achieve the success they desire. We are a small and friendly College with big ambitions and our aim is to educate and train the next generation of scientists, engineers, technicians, entrepreneurs and innovators.

We are looking to appoint a Teaching & Learning Support who is passionate about the role they play as part of the team, committed to whole college aspirations. The TLS will be expected to assist in the educational and social development of students under the direction and guidance of the Head of Department, class teacher and SEN Coordinator/Student Welfare Officer (SENCO). The individual will be highly organised and have a proactive approach, exhibiting a high degree of professionalism and respect in relation to confidentiality in all matters relating to the College. Good time management skills and the ability to prioritise work as well as the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Ideally the candidate will have previous experience supporting teaching and learning.
