We are seeking someone who:
Enjoys working with children and listens to their needs
Is patient, calm, caring and flexible in approach
Has a positive outlook, a sense of humour and works well in a team
Is able to be proactive, supporting and organising activities relevant to need
You will be expected to:
Support in class encouraging and develop social and educational skills.
Encourage and develop relationships with all children.
Ensure safe and positive play and work experiences.
Promote positive relationships and independence in line with the school behaviour policy.
Perform teaching assistant duties as directed by the class teacher
28 hrs /week, 39 weeks/year (term time +1) Temporary Fixed Term Contract.
Start date September 2023

About Us
West Lynn Primary School is situated just to the west of King’s Lynn in Norfolk. We are at the heart of a thriving village community and part of the West Norfolk Academies Trust.
Our Pupils
West Lynn Primary School is a one form entry school with about 161 children split into seven classes. We believe all children in our school are entitled to a secure and happy environment, in which they are encouraged to become independent, considerate to others and to make the most of their abilities. The children at West Lynn are well behaved and hardworking.

Our school is supported by a wonderful team of dedicated teachers, teaching assistants and support staff.
