Any specialist SEND intervention support experience, as well as working with students with ASD, ADHD, SEMH and wider neurodivergent profiles, would be beneficial.
Additional experience in delivering or supporting interventions such as ELSA, Speech and Language support, TalkAbout, handwriting intervention, mentoring or emotional regulation work would be advantageous. We look forward to developing your career pathways through apprenticeship programmes and specific TA learning. Numbers of our staff have used this approach to help move into teaching or wider pastoral roles.
