Bishop Rawstorne Church of England Academy has been providing high quality Christian education for over 60 years and it is our Christian character and ethos that are underpinned by the core values that allow us to ensure that students are able to achieve a rounded academic, spiritual, moral, social and cultural education.

We are seeking to appoint someone with the ability to support the educational, personal, and social development of students, including those with additional needs. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with young people, be a team player and be able to keep students on task and engaged with learning.

Bishop Rawstorne Church of England Academy is based near Leyland in Lancashire. It is a growing school with an intake of 960 students representing the whole ability-range and has been providing high quality Christian education for over 60 years. It is this Christian message and ethos that underpins the core values that allow us to ensure that students are able to achieve a rounded academic, spiritual, moral, social and cultural education.

Curriculum and Pastoral Care
