This is an excellent opportunity to work in a school environment, supporting pupils, providing short term cover for teachers and making a difference to young people’s lives. The post would suit those with prior experience of working as a Teaching Assistant. Equally the position would be ideal to gain further experience, perhaps before committing to a teacher training course. Many of our Teaching Assistants level 3 have gone on to become qualified Teachers. The successful candidate will possess well developed communication skills and excellent literacy and numeracy skills. A commitment to continuous improvement. Enthusiasm, adaptability.
