About Valley Invicta Academies Trust

Welcome to Valley Invicta Academies Trust (VIAT).

I have the privilege of being the Chief Executive Officer for VIAT and our exceptional cluster of five primary schools and four secondary schools.

All our schools are in the Maidstone and Malling area of Kent, and sit within the heart of their local communities. Our main campus, just outside Maidstone town centre, is home to three of our secondary schools, one of our primary schools, extensive sports facilities and our main business offices.

Within VIAT, our students and staff are the priority. Our close-knit teams work tirelessly to ensure that every child is encouraged and supported to be the best they can be, through an innovative and interactive curriculum and a wide range of outside-school opportunities, including specialist clubs and inspirational trips.

We understand the importance of collaboration within the Trust and are always looking to improve the way our schools can work together for the benefit of our students. We also continually invest into our schools, ensuring our facilities are second to none.

I am incredibly proud of VIAT and what it has to offer, and excited about developing the provision for our schools as well as, more broadly, our overall vision for the future.

I am very lucky to have a team of talented, passionate people around me, who are on hand to make sure that, as a Trust, we live by our values. I have no doubt our collective drive for great teaching and learning will continue to put our pupils and students at the heart of everything we do as we move forward.

Richard Hayden
