Albert Bradbeer is offering an exciting opportunity for you to support the academy and make a positive impact to the lives of our children, whilst you gain valuable experience in your field.

In this role you will provide support to the teaching staff to create and maintain an engaging learning environment for a range of learning abilities. Therefore, it is essential you are passionate about working with children; on a 1:1 or small group basis, and have excellent communication skills. In addition, with your ability to work well as part of a team.

You will have a strong commitment to safeguarding students, and will be child-centred with high aspirations for those you support. You will be committed, enthusiastic and demonstrate a passion for working with children and the academy staff whilst being professional, with honesty and integrity at the centre of everything you do.

If you have a ‘can-do attitude’ and a learning mind-set – then you will be the ideal candidate, for this rewarding role.
