We are looking to appoint enthusiastic and motivated Teaching Assistants to provide support to our SEND department and to be responsible for and work with students who may have learning, physical, medical needs, emotional needs, or whose first language may not be English. This would be an ideal post for an individual interested in joining the profession.
The successful candidate will be expected to:
• have proven experience of working or the desire to work successfully with students of all abilities
• be committed to our ethos of high expectations and no excuses with the belief that every child can succeed
• have the resolve to make a real difference to the lives of pupil.
Applications are also welcome from experienced Teaching Assistants with experience, qualifications and expertise in one or more of the following areas:
• developing literacy skills
• developing numeracy skills
• specific learning difficulties
