Wednesday 12:30 until 16:30

Thursday 09:00 until 17:00 and

Friday 09:00 until 15:30)

Salary £15,697 pa including Market Supplement (pro rata for part time)

We are looking for permanent Teaching Assistants at The Robert Ogden School in Thurnscoe, South Yorkshire to support the teaching and learning of autistic pupils. Being a Teaching Assistant takes patience and commitment but working with autistic people gives so much more in return.

The Robert Ogden School takes pupils from 5 to 19.  All the pupils have a diagnosis of Autism.  

You will possess GCSE Maths and English (Grades 4 and above) or equivalent or be willing to gain these qualifications within your first year of employment.

We need you to be resilient, supportive and sensitive towards the needs of autistic people.
