Teaching Assistant required
22.5 hours per week (5 days per week term time only)
Fixed Term (until October 2020)
The successful candidate will be required to work with pupils who have a range of complex learning difficulties including autistic spectrum disorder, and social and emotional difficulties.
We are looking for someone who is adaptable and enthusiastic, has good interpersonal skills and is able to use their own initiative as well as working well as part of a team. Previous experience and an understanding of supporting children with a personalised curriculum is desirable.
Essential requirements include experience of working with SEN children, including Social Skills /ASD, Speech and Language, Skills for resilience and learning and emotional health and well-being.
NVQ Level 2 qualification or equivalent.
