Townley Grammar School is a selective girls’ school in Bexleyheath which is part of Odyssey Trust for Education. The Trust formed in 2018 to support another local school and in turn, develop a Twenty-First Century vision for dynamic, knowledge-rich education for young people. We are looking for a 32.5 hours per week, term time only Teaching Assistant. Successful candidate will be:
• A successful teaching assistant who is able to raise and sustain high standards;
• An innovative and creative practitioner with a drive and passion to ensure all students achieve;
• Enthusiasm for working with a range of students with differing needs and abilities;
• A flexible team-player who will show initiative and a keenness to be involved in all aspects of school and academy life;
• A teaching assistant who is able to enthuse and inspire students;
• A proven track record of good working relationships and professionalism;
• Confidence in working independently with small groups of students
