We are currently looking to recruit an exceptional, enthusiastic, and committed Teaching Assistant who thrives on hard work and enjoys a challenging but rewarding role. You will provide support and intervention for struggling learners, act as point of contact with parents and all relevant professionals ensuring the needs of students are met with continuity. Also, you will contribute to high standards of expectations and outcomes are met for all students, including academic, attendance, safeguarding and student welfare. Additionally, you will act as Key Worker for named students and be accountable for their progress and development, record, report and evaluate the impact of interventions and support given and deliver interventions for learning, social and emotional needs.
You must be able to remain calm under pressure, show initiative, great attention to detail and maintain confidentiality with comprehensive understanding of GDPR. Candidates must be team players, willing to go the extra mile and must demonstrate a pleasant and professional approach in dealing with students, staff, parents and visitors.
