32.5 hours per week, term time only
Braidwood is a highly successful school for deaf pupils aged between 11 and 18.
We require a qualified, skilled and committed individual to work with our profoundly d/Deaf pupils. It is essential that all applicants already have:
- CACDP British Sign Language Stage II qualification and are fluent BSL users.
- Good literacy, numeracy and ICT skills
- An appropriate NVQ2 qualification in supporting pupils learning.
A special interest and experience in working with deaf young people with an additional diagnosis of ASD is also desirable.
