Teaching Assistant Level 2 – must have a minimum of Level 2 British Sign Language qualification

32.5 hours per week, term time only

Braidwood is a highly successful school for deaf pupils aged between 11 and 18.  

We require a qualified, skilled and committed individual to work with our profoundly d/Deaf pupils.  It is essential that all applicants already have:

  • Minimum of British Sign Language Stage II qualification and are fluent BSL users.  
  • Good literacy, numeracy and ICT skills
  • An appropriate NVQ2 qualification in supporting pupils learning.
