Reaside Academy is offering an exciting opportunity for you to join our school community and make a positive impact to the lives of our children, whilst you gain valuable experience in your field.
In this role you will provide support to the teaching staff to create and maintain an engaging learning environment for a range of learning abilities. You will be required to support children on a 1:1, small group and whole class basis. It is imperative that you have excellent communication skills and work well in a team environment.
You will have a strong commitment to safeguarding students and will be child-centred with high aspirations for those you support. You will be committed, enthusiastic and demonstrate a passion for working with children and the academy staff whilst being professional, with honesty and integrity at the centre of everything you do.
Existing training in RWI and First Aid Training are advantageous, but training will be provided for the right candidate.
