We are seeking a highly motivated, inspirational and innovative teaching assistant to:-
1. Build on our current teaching and learning strengths, develop new ones and further raise standards of this leading primary school
2. Foster our culture of high academic expectations and achievement within our small classes
3. Sustain our family ethos of strong pastoral care and support
4. Assist with our thriving before and after school clubs
As an energetic, successful and inspiring classroom teaching assistant, you will have the skills and drive necessary to: continually raise academic standards; engage, inspire, and motivate pupils and parents alike; develop strong links with, and promote the school to the broader community; and support on going continuous improvement programmes and specific development initiatives.
