About the Position

Contract type: Full-time, Mon to Fri, 830 am to 4:30 pm

Salary: £23,796 per year 

As one of our Teaching Assistants, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our pupil’s academic and personal growth, ensuring their learning objectives are met. Your individualised support will help pupils grasp key concepts and achieve their full potential.

You will also contribute to creating a positive and nurturing learning environment, cultivating a love of learning.

About you

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant (essential).
  • Experience as a Teaching Assistant in Early Years (desired)
  • An ability to devise and implement a range of strategies to support learning and enjoyment of learning.
  • Good literacy and numeracy skills.
  • The ability to inspire confidence and become a positive role model.
