Job overview
Greengates Primary Academy is looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant with a 1 to 1 responsibility for a child with behavioural needs. The candidate will need to be flexible, patient and understanding of the needs of the child.
The successful candidate will work under the direct instruction of teacher, usually in a classroom with the teacher, to support access to learning for a pupil with SEMH needs, provide general support to the teacher in the management of pupils and the classroom.
Hours: 28.5 per week Term Time only + 5 days / Temporary depending on funding and how long the child remains in the school.

Greengates Primary Academy is a 1 form entry primary school on the Leeds / Bradford border. We provide an inclusive, innovative curriculum tailored to suit the needs of our children. We have named our Houses after heroes we believe exhibit these qualities such as Stephen Hawking, JK Rowling and The Help for Heroes charity.
