The Academy Council at St. Columba’s school are looking for an enthusiastic Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join our very popular, expanding school, on a permanent contract, term-time only, 5 days, 30.00 hours per week, 9.00am to 3.00pm.

The right candidate will be committed to providing the best possible outcomes for young children.

As a Teaching Assistant working in our school it’s essential that you:

• Are a positive, caring and energetic ‘can-do’ attitude
• Have experience of working successfully with children
• Are highly motivated in caring for vulnerable children
• Have the ability to give feedback and support in order for children to make progress in their learning
• Have an understanding of how to safeguard children
• Take a genuine interest in aiding children’s development
