From March 2020 we are looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant to work 25 hours per week during term-time. This position is for candidates with a positive, nurturing approach to children. The successful candidate will have a varied range of responsibilities within the classroom and with small groups of children.

Little Reddings is a two-form entry primary school with nursery which is part of Bushey St James Trust. We are located in Bushey, serviced by Bushey Station (London Midland and London Overground Lines) and a good local bus service in addition to easy access to the A1, A41, M1 and M25.
The salary for this post is APT & C Points 2 – 5 plus London Fringe, depending on qualifications and experience. FTE is currently £17,711pa - £18,795pa + £874pa, paid on a pro-rata basis. The actual pro-rata salary range is £9,948pa – £10,557pa + fringe £490pa.
Applicants should be educated to post 16 level or above and have a high degree of common sense. Experience of working with children and the willingness to undertake suitable training is essential.
