Salary: Scp 5 – 6: £29,436 - £29,856 FTE (pro rata £25,399 - £25,762)

Term-time plus INSET days, Full time - 36 hours per week

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join the team at Saffron Valley Collegiate. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting both individual pupils and small groups, with a strong focus on promoting positive behaviour for learning. This position requires someone with excellent interpersonal skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively within a supportive educational environment.

The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to manage priorities effectively, act independently when necessary, and maintain a high standard of professional conduct. Strong communication skills, proficiency in ICT, and a flexible, ‘can-do’ approach are essential. This role is based at KS4 South, 279 High Street Croydon CR0 1QH. Please note that all SVC staff can be deployed across the collegiate to meet the needs of our pupils.
