R.E.A.L Education provides both independent special schools placements and market leading alternative education. We are seeking someone who has knowledge and experience of teaching in a SEN/D environment.

Salary: £13,942-£15,900 per annum depending on qualifications.

Hours: Maximum of 30 hours per week, term time only (39 working weeks) – Permanent part-time and full-time positions available.

Location: East Midlands including but not limited to: Worksop, Mansfield, Ilkeston, Nottingham and Leicestershire.

The successful applicant will be responsible for using a collaborative, multi-sensory and holistic approach to support and maintain a high level of learner engagement through collaborative preparation. The aim of the post holder will be to deliver an innovative, creative and flexible curriculum during sessions both on a 1:1 basis and a small group setting at a variety of sites within an agreed locality.


To be successful in this role you will have prior experience in a SEN environment, be innovative in your approach to engaging learners and have some experience of managing health and safety awareness, risk management and the safeguarding of young people.
