We are delighted to offer the opportunity for a caring and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team on a full time (Term Time Only), permanent basis. This position is ideally to start as soon as possible.
The successful candidate will work within the Learning Support Team to support learning and foster the participation of students in the social and academic aspects of academy life. You will be committed to the students and academy life and will possess the ability to communicate effectively and be able to raise the standards of learning for all of the students that you are required to work with. As a valued member of the Learning Support Team, you will deliver intervention sessions to small groups alongside supporting students within the classroom. A key responsibility will be to use engaging techniques in order to reach young people to improve their access and participation in the curriculum.
