Job overview

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, dedicated Teaching Assistant to support students' learning across the school. As part of the team, you will help encourage students to participate in the academic and wider life of the school. You will be skilled at engaging and motivating students who find learning challenging, both in the classroom and during intervention groups.

This role involves working with students, staff, and other professionals to achieve the best outcomes for our students who have special educational needs and/or disabilities. You will play a key role in the school as we strive to further develop our learning support.

The successful candidate will be enthusiastic and dedicated, with a passion for working with pupils who require additional support with their education.

Experience in engaging with students who demonstrate behavior and communication needs, along with a strong background in English, Maths, and SEND, would be desirable but not essential.

Hours: 28 hours per week, Term Time Only + Inset Days
