Our school is part of North Star Community Trust, an educational charity that manages a family of 4 academies in North London, educating some 2,600 pupils.
A one-form entry primary academy serving pupils from Reception to Year 6. At Enfield Heights Academy we want our pupils to drive the change they want to see in the community and world they live in. We are committed to supporting our pupils’ talents and characteristics so that they flourish as individuals, equipping them to manage the challenges and responsibilities they will face growing up. Through our school driver ‘Force for Positive Change’ our pupils know that they can make a difference and that their voices are heard. We nurture them to become agents of change within the school, local and wider community, utilising their subject knowledge and skills to make a real, meaningful difference.
Our Vision
At Enfield Heights Academy, we believe that a strong sense of community and shared values are the foundation of a successful and happy school. That's why we involve our children in creating our vision and values - to ensure that they truly reflect the beliefs and aspirations of our whole school community. Our vision statement encapsulates what we want to achieve as a school and what we aspire to be. We want our children to feel happy, safe, and supported while they learn, and we want to create an environment where every child can flourish and reach their full potential.
Our Values
Our values underpin this vision and provide a set of guiding principles for how we behave and interact with each other. We encourage our children to live and breathe these values in their daily lives, both in and out of school. Our values were created through a collaborative process involving our pupils and staff. We asked our children what values they thought were most important to our school community, and we were so impressed by their thoughtful and insightful responses. The resulting values are a true reflection of what our children believe is important to them and our school as a whole.
