Actual salary: £17,685 - £19,362 per annum (FTE: £22,116 - £24,212)

30.75 hours per week – Fixed Term Term, Time Only

Required to start January 2024 (or sooner)

Tupton Primary & Nursery Academy are looking for someone to join their EYFS Team as a specialist SEND teaching assistant.

We are looking for someone to become part of a dedicated, hardworking and friendly team, who strive to provide the very best for children at Tupton Primary & Nursery Academy.

The person who joins our Early Years Team must have:

· recent experience of working in an Early Years

· a good understanding of the Early Years Curriculum

· experience of teaching phonics

· an ability to form positive relationships with children, staff and parents

· the ability to offer high quality interactions that promote learning and development

· creativity to help enhance the EYFS environment and enrich learning

· an understanding of how to support children with complex SEMH needs in an Early Years environment.
