We currently have a vacancy for a part time fixed term Teaching Assistant to join our team to provide 1:1 support for a SEN pupil with social and communication needs. The day will start by covering lunchtime and the remainder will be spent working in the classroom with the pupil, providing supervision at all times. 

The successful candidate should have relevant experience and/or qualifications in working with young children.  Being able to communicate effectively with children and adults is essential, together with a friendly and approachable manner.  It is also essential that the successful candidate is able to work using their own initiative and can demonstrate effective behaviour management skills.
