Job overview

North Bridge House West Hampstead Nursery and Pre-Prep School are seeking to recruit an experienced Key Person of the highest calibre to join our team.

Situated in the heart of West Hampstead, and placed between West Hampstead and Kilburn stations, WHNPP is the newest addition to the already well established group of North Bridge House Schools in North London, having opened to our first cohort in September 2020. Our school provides a stimulating yet homely environment to pupils aged 2-7 with a strong focus on pastoral care and excellent academic outcomes.

With small class sizes, led by fully qualified teachers, WHNPP shares the same innovative and engaging atmosphere as it's sister schools in Hampstead, using beautifully designed creative spaces to facilitate not just the academic achievement of its young pupils, but their all-important personal development too. With specialist teaching in French, Italian, Dance and Music, regular visits to Forest School, enviable facilities including an immersive room, we take the learning beyond the four walls of the classroom and beyond the school day through a range of after-schools club and holiday club provision.

We are a growing school , filled with happy, confident children who love coming to school, achieve well and a highly committed team of professionals.

Places in our thriving school are in high demand. We are recruiting for a Key Person to join one of our EYFS classes.

This unique role will suit someone who has a very good understanding of the Early Years, is proactive, solution focused, someone who is forward thinking, passionate and is full of positive energy.

Led by fully qualified and highly skilled teachers, our School has an innovative and engaging atmosphere.

We can offer:

Small class sizes

Shared planning within the year group

Happy, confident, engaged pupils

Supportive colleagues

Delicious, complimentary meals (plus free tea and coffee)

Incredible outdoor learning spaces

Cognita Schools are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff, volunteers and other third parties to share this commitment. Safer recruitment practice and pre-employment background checks will be undertaken before any appointment is confirmed.
