REQUIRED SEPTEMBER 2020 TWO TEACHING ASSISTANTS FORMALLY KNOWN AS GAP YEAR STUDENTS
We are looking to appoint two Teaching Assistants. The role is to assist with boarding and all aspects of sports and outdoor education at the school.
Box Hill School is a co-educational community of 425 girls and boys aged 11 to 18, whose educational ideals and practice are designed to get the best out of each student. The school follows the philosophy of Kurt Hahn, founder of the Round Square movement. While placing academic work at the heart of a school, Hahn stressed the importance of an all-round education as a preparation for life.
This is a fantastic opportunity for postgraduates or sixth from leavers who are looking for a career in teaching or seeking a useful experience before starting university. The school has lots to offer and there are plenty of opportunities for outings and expeditions.
