Job overview
We are a small friendly School seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) or Teaching Assistant to support children in class and in small groups . In addition to classroom support, the role will involve supporting the transport arrangements we have in place for our pupils.
The person we are looking for will need to be flexible and have the ability to multi task but above all would be an enthusiastic self-starter, excited to play an integral part at our school.
Ideally you will have prior experience of working within a School in a similar role and hold a Higher Level Teaching Assistant or a minimum Level 2 NVQ in Teaching & Learning Support or equivalent an Childcare qualification.
The position is full –time, working hours are: 8 am – 4 pm , Term time only.
The ideal candidate would start work with us for the beginning of the Academic School year - September 2019.
Salary will be dependent upon experience and qualifications.
Inline with our Safer recruit Policy, the successful candidate will undergo an Enhanced DBS Disclosure check.
