Mount House School is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 pastoral and academic support to students with EHCP needs. This role offers a unique chance to make a significant impact on students educational journey and contribute to their academic success. We welcome professionals from a special or mainstream background with experience of working with children with specific learning difficulties and previous experience in ADHD and trauma.
This full or part-time position is available for immediate start, subject to the successful candidate's availability and the appointment is specifically for the fixed purpose of providing support to a student for whom Local Authority funding is received. 
The post offers an opportunity to gain extensive and worthwhile working experience in a small independent school. The position will offer a comprehensive experience developing skills in a supportive and collegiate environment. 

The salary for this role will be £19,649 per annum (Full Time).

Working hours will be 8.15 am to 4.15 pm Monday-Friday during term time, as well as staff inset.
