We are looking for 2 highly skilled teaching assistants with experience of working with highly complex SEMH pupils - supporting them developing their day to day and academic skills as well as their social emotional needs, in preparation for their transition to the world of work, further education or apprenticeship. A good work ethic, calm presence in the classroom, patience and a willingness to learn will also be an advantage.
