We are seeking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant or Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our supportive and passionate team.

The Role Will Include:
• Supporting teaching and learning across the curriculum, working with individuals, small groups, and whole classes
• Assisting with planning, delivery, and assessment of learning activities under the direction of the class teacher
• Leading class sessions (HLTA level), when required, including planned teacher absence
• Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment in line with our Christian ethos
• Promoting high standards of behaviour and engagement among pupils
• Contributing to the spiritual, moral, social, and cultural development of the children
We Are Looking for a Candidate Who:
• Has experience working in a primary school setting
• Holds a recognised TA qualification (e.g., Level 2 or 3) or HLTA status (or working towards)
• Is committed to the holistic development of every child
• Demonstrates initiative, reliability, and strong teamwork skills
• Is supportive of the Christian values and ethos of our school
• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
