We are looking to appoint a strong Year 6 teaching assistant, to the Hermitage family.
29.17 hours per week, Term time only + 5 training days
Hermitage is a popular and expanding school in the heart of Uxbridge and is close to major transport links (London Underground and M25/40). Our latest Ofsted report in July 2014 graded us as ‘a good school’ but we are determined to improve on this, developing our school into a beacon of excellence.
We seek to employ a kind and understanding individual to support the children in their learning and development, helping us continue to raise standards.

The successful candidate will:
- have experience in working in a school environment
- understand how to support children whilst developing their independence
- have the ability to motivate and inspire children through their learning journey

- be keen to develop skills and experience and share these with other staff
