Whether it's helping a pupil engage in learning for the first time, supporting them to regulate their emotions, or celebrating a breakthrough moment, you'll be making a genuine difference every single day.

If you're patient, resilient and passionate about helping young people reach their potential, we'd love to welcome you to our team.

  • Work alongside teachers to deliver creative, personalised learning that meets individual needs.

  • Build trusted relationships that help pupils feel safe, valued and confident.

  • Encourage independence, communication, emotional wellbeing and social development.

  • Promote positive behaviour using nurturing and consistent approaches.

  • Support educational visits, enrichment activities and wider school life.

  • Record pupil progress and work closely with teachers, therapists and pastoral colleagues to celebrate successes and overcome challenges.

  • Help create a safe, inclusive environment where every pupil can thrive.

  • GCSE Grade 4/C (or equivalent) in English and Maths.

  • A genuine passion for supporting children and young people with additional needs.

  • Patience, empathy and resilience, even during challenging moments.
