JOB OVERVIEW

At Ashton House School, we are looking for a passionate Teaching Assistant to deliver high quality lessons while successfully nurturing and inspiring our students. JOB REQUIREMENTS:

·        At least NVQ Level 2

·        Experience assisting in classrooms

·    Ability to work in a range of year groups

 

THE RIGHT CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

·        A detailed knowledge of the curriculum and its means of delivery

·        High standards of communication and interpersonal skills

·        The ability to work in a team

·        The ability to work towards deadlines

·        The ability to motivate both students and your peers

·        High motivation and enthusiasm

·        Excellent attendance and punctuality

·        Experience innovating to deliver the curriculum

·        The ability to coordinate a subject

·        A belief and experience in developing the real-life skills of all learners

·        The ability to provide an environment where pupils are engaged and evaluative learners.
